I really enjoy kickboxing so that's my go to video to do for cardio at home. However, i've been enjoying this zumba class much more than i thought i would the past 2 weeks. i'm planning on looking into a zumba video to buy for at home.

when I did it i bought non adjustable dumbells because that was all i could afford. From target. If i could have afforded to get the selecttech ones i would have in a heart beat! Tho i dont know how the reviews on them were.

I will be intersted in seeing what people's responses to this may be. I do have a HRM. are we supposed to be taking off the fitbit when working out? Then how would I get credit for all the steps taken during the workout?!

Do you eat dairy? How about a lo fat mozzerella cheese stick (like sargento makes) and a handfull of almonds? thats one of my favorite after workout snacks... have you discovered the Quorn line of foods? simular to tofu, but with a much better texture. it's supposed to substitute chicken. high protein, low calories. :)

that dress IS very pretty! I'd say look at the current rate youve been losing and take your best guess. But dont go too overboard, you dont want massive pressure to lose weight along with all the other wedding stuff you'll be trying to get done.

yea i'm thinking too that they just need to stretch out. i did a kickboxing dvd last night and my feet were fine. Back to the gym to the elliptical tonight so i will try wiggling and moving my feet around and see what happens!

As kids, My dad used to make us pay him .50 cents every time he caught us without our seat belts on in the car. I thought it was the most annoying thing ever. Now a days, i'm thankful for his little game, because i feel just wrong in a car without my seat belt on. I cant even drive half a block without it!

if i'm eating eggs i always combine them with a whole grain carb. If i eat something like oatmeal, i usually have another snack later on. oatmeal at 9, kashi granola bar at 11. greek yogurt and 12 almonds at 9, apples and peanut butter at 11. and so on. but yea keep up with your non breakfast foods for breakfast. toasted…

I have an app called fitbuilder. I use it to build strength training and yoga workouts and then track the weights and sets i do. Not sure if it's your style since you're way more hardcore than me! But they do have it on android so might be worth looking into at least! http://www.fitnessbuilder.com/
