Hey everyone! I always have questions and lets face it...I'm not afraid to post and ask!
has anyone who owns a fitbit done kickboxing with it?? I'm not sure how to exactly log this because of the fit bit. I DO NOT have a heart rate monitor to be able to take the fitbit off.
So shoudl I keep the fitbit on and let it do its thing or should i take it off and manually track it on their site?

I will be intersted in seeing what people's responses to this may be. I do have a HRM. are we supposed to be taking off the fitbit when working out? Then how would I get credit for all the steps taken during the workout?!

If you want to register steps, then keep FB on. When you enter exercise on MFP (either by putting it as cardio or using HRM calories) , as long as you put in the correct time, it will over ride the calories so you don't duplicate.
