A tattoo generally takes two weeks to heal, possibly 3. You definitely DO NOT want to run after getting a foot tattoo. A lot of ink will fall out that way and your tattoo would more than likely heal blotchy. I would take a break from running until it's fully healed.

Any idea if you could make this with pectin instead of gelatin? EDIT: Never mind, just saw the agar agar substitute. Thanks!

I've been a vegetarian for 7 years now and have an open diary. Add away!

Seriously? We're all mammals and it's JUST A BOOB. Some people act like they've never seen a nipple before. A breastfeeding mother isn't trying to be an exhibitionist, she's just trying to feed her child.

Nooooo, why would you show me this site? This has nothing I could ever possibly need but everything I want.

I'm not a huge punk fan, but I love some Dead Kennedys and Bad Brains. Henry Rollins is one of my heros as well.

I'm 21. Add me if you like... I have an open diary and would like some feedback/to steal ideas from other people's diaries.
-
Awwwww yiss. Definitely going to try some of these out.

I didn't lose any weight this week either and only lost an inch on my body. I'm pissed and feeling discouraged about it, but there's nothing I can do about it now except work harder next week.

Any David Lynch film, but Eraserhead in particular. His stuff never gets old IMO.
-
I added you! I'm 5'4", 21 years old, and I started off at 143. My goal right now is 130 but I'm thinking of changing it to 126.

Normally I crave something sweet at night so lately I've been eating nonfat yogurt with honey, cinnamon, and granola. If I want something savory, I go for carrots and hummus.

Tofu, tempeh, cheese, falafel, and nuts are your friends. Protein shakes could be a good alternative too.
-
I eat almost a full meal beforehand and then order something small from where ever I am. If any one says anything about it, I say that I'm not that hungry. There are a few friends that I don't feel self-conscious about mentioning that I'm on a diet around because they're in the same boat as me. I try to keep it to myself…

Anything with the Crypt Keeper. He terrified me so much that I would cry whenever I saw or heard him, hahaha.

Randy Marsh is my power animal.

I started 30ds (and using MFP) on June 1st but missed 4 days so I have 5 days of it left. I'm 5'4 and started off at 141lb; I've lost 4lbs since.
-
I'm 5'4 and my goal is 130. I've been at 135 before and was really happy with that weight, but I want to see if I can be even happier at 130.
-
I've been eating fat free yogurt with honey and cinnamon lately; that's helped immensely.
-
I use 4.5lb weights. I started off using empty wine bottles filled with water, haha. Definitely moving up in the world.
-
Oh my Leeeeerd, all of these look amazing. Thanks!
-
Aw, man. This sounds so good.

Just wrap the remaining half (with the pit still in it) in saran wrap and eat it within the next 24-48 hours. Squeezing a lime or lemon wedge over it works too. I've heard that keeping it in the freezer extends its longevity even more, but you lose out on some of the flavor that way.
-
Definitely going to try this.

I'm all about red peppers now. I wasn't a big fan until recently, but now I'm always eating them. One of my favorite meals right now is a red pepper/feta/sun dried tomato sandwich on pumpkin seed bread.

Chocolate is one of my biggest downfalls too. Lately I've been eating pre-packaged yogurt with chocolate pieces in it so that I can still get my chocolate fix and not go overboard and eat too much of it. Maybe you can try eating low-fat chocolate pudding as well.
