The best way is to make yours! YOu can stuff them with lots of healthy stuff, count the calories and use low calorie flatbreads for the base of split a pita in 2 and you have 2 thin crust pizzas!!

Ok that's so confusing an dim planning on buying a HRM, but not very soon, so, what i'm thinking it's just to eat my calories (i'm maintaining) , i may eat less, but i will never go over them and maybe don´t eat the excrcise cals back because i'm supposed to eat like 2500 calories to maintain my way so i guess it's enough…
