Last summer I ran most of June and all through July into the beginning of August. I also have exercise induced asthma. My advice? Run early in the morning before the humidity gets bad and the air quality is still good. Your body will get used to running in the heat. Last summer as long as I ran before 11 I found that it…

yea don't sweat it. You just don't want to be running like 5 days in a row if you aren't used to it...you don't want to get an injury. be sure to stretch and drink lots of water good luck!

this happened to me and is currently happening again. try biking or something instead. maybe your body just needs a break. don't force it.

i have a german shepard/rottweiler mix that I sometimes take for runs with me. She does really good except when we cross the street, she doesn't know where to go and usually gets really close to me so I have to try not to step on her :). She can even last on the longer runs but I don't take her on those unless it's not so…

I'm running in a 5k that's held by my local YMCA. I've heard it's a good idea to "leap frog" or pick one person in the crowd and try to beat them. I used to swim competitively so I'm kind of counting on my competitive racing past to get my butt in gear. I just got back from the gym and did a 5k under 30 minutes so I'm now…

when i first started running last summer that happened to me. I have weak ankles to begin with plus I think my body just wasn't used to running. I think the main thing was that I was going from walking to running too fast (like actually going from a walk to a run...if that makes sense). Are you running heal to toe? I'd…

i've tried p90x and insanity but Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is the best. It's short, not boring, and it gets your heart rate up AND you see changes very fast. I still go to the gym 4-5 days a week but its nice to switch it up
-
you have to make a change. either up your cardio, switch up your cardio, eat less (or maybe eat more), or stop eating some of the foods you usually eat all the time. your body has become used to whatever it was that you are doing.
-
u can do it!!! a change in ur exercise sounds like a good place to start. maybe switch up your food too? don't be discouraged. u got this!!! :)
