someone posted something a while ago that sounded awesome.... jello chocolate mousse temptations, low fat cool whip, and strawberries.....99 cals i had some real chocolate pudding (150 cals) w/ strawberries last night and that really hit the spot.

having intervals helps me not get bored. I usually run 5 minutes and then walk 1 min. or run 10 minutes (up the speed after 5 minutes) and walk 1. it just takes some getting used to. 30 minutes is fine for time too btw....u don't have to kill urself and get 50 min.

I did it in high school. lost around 60lbs in like 6-8 months. However, once i went off of it and went to college, i gained it all back. LOOOOVE swimming! i was a competitive swimmer from High School through the first year of my college career. I was never super fast but I kept improving and i love that feeling. I miss racing tho. It's such a nice break from a strenuous workout. I can feel my body getting stronger. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!!

hahaha. cockroaches are NASTY!!! one time there was a giant one in my dorm room at college. We trapped it under a cup and i made my friend take it outside. 2 months later it came back and my roommate's boyfriend squished it. it's guts made a mark on the floor. DISGUSTING.

i just started too! i did the fit test on tuesday and i'm still sore from it! I'm also training for a 5k so I'm going to start doing insanity every other day or something like that. The fit test was hard but so much fun! I'm excited to get started! :)

i felt this way a couple of days ago. I tried to work out and couldn't, felt really emotional about everything, and just couldn't function right. Try not to get wrapped up in it...it'll pass. hope ur day gets better :)

why did ur doctor change ur BC? sounds like the type you were on at first was working fine. If anything, I feel like you would be having less periods from exercising and eating less. I really like Inko's brand tea. lightly sweetened and like....50ish calories for the whole bottle! they come in fun flavors too like blueberry and honeydew. I also drink hot green tea sometimes instead of coffee. yum.

it gets easier by like....day 4 or 5. after i finished my 10 days of level 1 i went onto level 2 and I wanted to cry again haha. but I only used it on the days i wasn't going to the gym.

don't do it. you'll gain it alllll back once u start eating carbs again. happened to my dad. you shouldn't do any diet that limits a whole food group. I don't even like to think of this as a diet....b/c a diet has an end....i want this to be a lifestyle change. I did weight watchers and even gained after stopping that.…

i was blaming BC pills on the weight gain but I'm still on them and have been losing 1lb per week consistently. I wouldn't let the weight-gain discourage you if you want to go back on them. You'll lose those 3lbs somewhere along the line.

it takes 2-3 weeks for it to feel like habit but it honestly took me more like 2 months. Once you start seeing results you'll want to keep with it. hang in there!! you can do it!!!
