  • i usually just get one roll or two if i'm really hungry. get salmon, tuna, or yellowtail plain or spicy. I feel like a spicy salmon and a california roll together is between 500-600 cals. not so bad and super yummy. stay away from tempura. Also, eat the miso soup and a salad. low cal stuff there too. have fun!

  • that sounds like a good plan. I'm not going to cut back on my exercise (i'm only burning 300-600 cals a session and i love how i feel when i exercise) but I will try to eat closer to 1710 cals. my weigh in is tomorrow so i'll start tomorrow! glad to know ur having the same problem....hope we can figure this out!!
  • try using the guided goal setting feature thinger and see what that tells you. make sure you're drinking alot of water and try eating more fruits and vegis. Also, try snacking throughout the day. 1200 isn't too low. I try not to go under 1000 and my daily amount is 1240. good luck!
