  • Others who have done it haven't gained it back. I will surely let you know. I already take a prescription water pill, so I doubt it is all water weight. I eat more food now than I usually do, so for me it is about learning to eat healthy /clean, and not eating junk or too little. Physics or not, I feel great and have more…

  • It is definitely possible with a combination of food and exercise. I lost 18 lbs in the first 6 weeks, and have been slowly losing a pound or two. I did a structured DVD workout and a meal replacement healthy sake. You can do it!

  • Hi all, While I do not suffer from PCOS, I did have a 50 lb weight gain from the cancer meds I've been on since my breast cancer in 2009. • Hi there, I'm 52, and gained about 50 lbs with cancer meds after breast cancer in 2009. It has been tough to get it off, but I'm looking for at least another 20 lbs before my sons wedding in July.

  • Giving up soda .....I call it pop......is rough all by itself! I was a 15 can a day Diet Coke drinker and have pretty much given it up. I do still have one every other week or so, but I feel SO much better without it!
  • Don't give up...you can do it! If this 52 year old body can keep working on it, you can too. It's not about dieting, it's about changing your habits and your lifestyle. I'm still working on both myself, but I finally see the light and my weight is going in the right direction!
  • Hi! I'm 52, and ever since i had breast cancer in 2009, the meds added 50 pounds to my 5'8" frame....nothing I did kept it off. In August I was introduced to Beachbody workouts and Shakeology. i've lost 28 lbs so far, and only gained one pound back over the holidays! Attached is an excerpt from an article about a person…
