Just coming back to MFP

Hey guys,

I joined last year and was motivated but extremely busy with graduate school, wedding, and moving that I got off track. Now I have been logging again but most of my friends from last year dropped off as well. So, I am looking for some friends to help keep me motivated and finally get into shape to do a marathon this year. I have put on a few inches on my waist and about 15lbs from not exercising for over 6 months. I am working on a 12 week plan to get back to my old weight.

    Hi there!

    Feel free to add me! Wanted to also make you aware of my Private Facebook group where a small group helps motivate and hold each other accountable, share recipes, tips, etc. we do some fun tasks for which I reward points towards a prize at the end. I offer workout DVDs or Shakeology if you're in need of something to help you out. It works...one of my January participants lost 11 lbs and 1 3/4 inches off her waist!
