Today's my rest day. 6 is the fastest I can go. I'm envious of your 8.

Hi I'm 34, a wife, teacher, and mom of a 5 year old and a 2 year old boy. I'm actually at goal weight. I started mfp a little over a year ago close to 40 pounds heavier than I am now. I gained the weight with pregnancy and it never went away. I was able to lose weight via mfp and c25k. Last winter my running routine really…

I use a treadmill mostly too. I was running 5ks outside but a miscarriage this summer sidelined me and now I"m doing intervals on the treadmill. I'm hoping to work my way up to 10k but right now I can't even do a full 5k. Add me if you want

I'm going to give this a try

I'm 5'8, 125 pounds BMI of 19 and have no period problems.

My app had me start with 60 second runs. The 90 second runs were week 2. I did fine with 60 second intervals, but I might have failed too if I started with 90 second intervals

I've found adding grated zucchini or squash to ground turkey and chicken really helps with the moisture. I use the below recipe for turkey burgers, but have used the same principle with meatballs and other ground turkey dishes.…

Thank you for your response. I'm sorry you had to endure a miscarriage too. Its reassuring that the difficulties getting back to where I was physically is probably normal. I guess I'm just going to have to be patient (which is not one of my strengths).

Thank you for suggesting this site. I am a decent cook but love cheap meals and these seem cheap but not processed. Great combo

skinny taste has a turkey burger recipe that has shredded zucchini in it. I've made it with ground chicken and its really good.

Yes I'm an experienced, high school teacher netting only 1400 a month. That being said, I live in a very rural area where the cost of living is very low, so although I'm not making very much, I could still make ends meet.

I think it depends a lot on where you live. I'm a teacher, in my 9th year of teaching and I net 1400 a month. Without my husband, I would have to live more frugally, but I would still have more than $ 150 for food and gas a month, and I definitely make more than fast food workers here.

I'm trying to convince my husband that color run's aren't just for girls. Maybe your post will help to sway him.

I agree on the zucchini suggestion. It makes it a lot moister and doesn't change the taste.

I love fitness blender. I find their videos easy to follow along with without annoying music and distracting visuals. I have done several of the low impact cardio workouts. They have a few for flexibility and balance as well. I haven't tried them, but I do think they do a really good job in general. I've done the good…

If you put breast milk in your food journal it will give negative calories for however many ounces you produce, which is helpful if you pump and know how much you produce

There are lots of cookbooks that are targeted to parents of picky kids. They include tips like grinding up carrots or zucchini into turkey burgers so you are getting the veggies. It makes the burgers more juicy too. Maybe look into one of those cookbooks.

Wear the bikini. You look good.

Fitness blender has a quiet cardio routine for apartment dwellers. I haven't tried this particular one but I really like their workouts in general http://www.fitnessblender.com/v/workout-detail/Quiet-Cardio-Workout-Low-Impact-Apartment-Cardio-Workout/dm/

Week 4 day 1 is done for the 2nd time. I started over after hurting my knee. It was hard, but I did it. And that feels good. I've got to say my first time through I was so much more enthusiastic. I think it might be because I've done these runs before and completed them. Maybe once I get to something totally new I will…

I can see a difference too. I think your arms look a lot thinner and your legs look toner. Your first swimsuit hides a lot of your midsection so I think its hard to make a fair judgment on that part.

How does it go with your stroller? I have 2 boys, almost 4 (but 19% for weight so he really is probably more like most 2 1/2 to 3 year olds) and a 20 month old. We have a double jogging stroller. My husband pushes it on the days he goes with me. But I have never pushed it running. I either run on days when I have someone…

Naked turkey bruschetta burgers are amazing from skinny taste. I highly suggest putting the zucchini in them. It makes them so moist. http://www.skinnytaste.com/search?updated-max=2013-07-15T11:01:00-04:00&max-results=4&start=4&by-date=false also frank's hot sauce to make a buffalo burger
