^^^^This! None of mine fit me anymore. I have to wear 2 when I workout so I'm not constantly adjusting. Hate to waste the money since my band size keeps going down.

I like to put chocolate whey powder in my steel cut oats in the morning along with some raspberries. Chocolate, raspberry oatmeal, yummy!

I'm 51 and use the elliptical all the time. My heart rate while working out is usually between 125-150. I've even gone up to 160 without any problem. If you feel okay I wouldn't worry about it. If on the other hand you get dizzy, lightheaded or experience any pain, STOP!
