Body fat %
I've been tracking my body fat % using my measurements on an online calculator. Today I bought a healthometer scale that also gives you your body fat % and hyration %. Using the online calculator I'm at 26%, the scale said I was 36%, huge difference. Which one should I trust?

Question about strength training
I've heard that your not suppose to do strength training 2 days in a row. That the muscles need a day to heal in between each work out. Does that pertain to lifting weights only?
