    Out - McDonald's Sausage Egg McMuffin

    In - Whole wheat sandwich thin toasted with a fried egg, lean deli-style oven roasted turkey, and a slice of American cheese.

    The egg is pan fried next to the turkey... when the egg is flipped the turkey is put on top along with the cheese until the egg is cooked as desired. Meanwhile, the sandwich thin is toasted and it becomes my breakfast sandwich shortly after.
