PMS makes me nauseous, but when I ovulate I'm bloated, moody, and starving. I could be pre-menopausal, but who knows. I only started noticing this in the last 2 years. I'm not saying it wasn't happening, I just didn't notice.

My teenage son is not a fan of all the dairy alternatives I keep buying and putting in the fridge. I made my own blend one day with several types of nuts, and offered him a taste. He was not amused. So I put it in a jug in the fridge and wrote NUT JUICE in big letters on it. He was still not amused.

Not weighing every day in maintenance is why I'm currently trying to lose 19lbs. I just pretended it was fine, and threw pants to the back of the closet when they didn't fit.

That is a great point. I do have several more months to go, so I'll have plenty of data going into maintenance. I really never used my data for anything besides tracking daily calories before, so I really just wanted to see if I was using the right method for calculating.

This is the first time I've been able to see how tracking every crumb can actually be helpful. This has made me more determined than ever to keep measuring and logging everything!

My bolus went down about 50%, between eating less, lower carb, and working out. I try to use a fruit cup or juice pouch (so they are pre measured, and 100% fruit instead of processed sugars) to combat lows. I feel you on the struggle. Mine hurt after having a baby. The best advice I can give is keep it clean and moisturized. And massage it 1-2 times a day. It feels really weird but helps with circulation.

Sahm of 3 boys, baking is my favorite hobby and I also struggle with portion control. I can't just eat one, so I just have to bake less often. And stress eating because I've got all home for the summer. Anyone can add me.

Yeah, salad. I was always the pudgy girl "trying" to lose a few pounds by eating salad instead of something I really wanted. All the while never realizing I was eating 1,200 calories of toppings.
