OH how I would LUV to see some crazy red neck dancing on a pole on the back of a truck...preferrably truck moving at 5 mph.

Yeah, this was a hilarious read. I was just taking a study break & this made my night!

Yes! Please - i just bought a HRM (which I adore!) and I would really like to know how much you burn next time. Looking foward to it!

I completely understand where you're coming from. It can seem selfish to some to make exercise a priority over time spent with kids, but the truth is teaching children by example to make fitness a priority is such a tremendous gift because to live in a fat body is painfully burdensome. Good for you! And before you know it…

Wow. That is amazing. I'm not being humble when I say - there's no way I could do what you're doing. Good for you! I just hope you're able to take care of yourself while doing all that. For myself, I don't think I'd be able to. But that's just me. Good luck with it all. You've gotten this far - you must be so proud of…

I know - it is so hard, isn't it?! thank you for your post. I can't tell you how much it means to connect with those who are working full time & going to school!

Also FYI as far as nuts go, some fo the healthiest are Almonds, Pecans and Walnuts. Here's a quick link: http://www.globalhealingcenter.com/natural-health/healthy-nuts/ Oh, and if you eat them raw you don't have to worry about sodium. I've never seen that, at least - raw nuts that are also salted.
-
Blue diamond makes raw almonds that have no salt. 10 almonds is about 100 calories. They're good too.

Both of your comments make sound sense to me. Thanks for the input!

Yes, I eat my exercise calories, but whether I do or don't, I still want to go over. I was just wondering if other people have that problem too.

I couldn't agree more. Job well done!

Ditto on what skinnys said. If you can do that, you can definately to the last 20 here! Look forward to seeing you reach your goal!

Sooo true! I just started MFP and the scale isn't moving much but I can totally see the difference in the mirror. Plus I already lost 2 inches in my waist and a half inch in my neck. I only wish they had a ticker that showed inches as well. That would be cool. But hey - I'd take that size 4 over seeing pounds on a scale…

Amazing! What a great story! Good job!!

Dani, thank you so much for sharing. I am 5' 4" and weigh 215. I found you words very inspirational. I started just a few days ago, but seeing your photos made me take photos of myself this morning. I have a lot of work ahead and I hope I follow in your footsteps. When you've been overweight all your life, it's hard to…
