As I mentioned below. I am a coach so not out there actually getting my heart rate up and burning calories for exercise. I do count a few calories for skating, but really it is no more burned than a person with an office job getting up and walking to the printer. Lol. Thank you for the links. I am a coach, so actually am not doing a lot of skating (unless choreographing something). I do count a few extra calories, but am on the ice 7 days a week and sometimes twice a day. I don't really consider coaching burning calories from exercise. It is different than actually going it and getting your heart rate up. So…

Thanks for posting this as I am having the same problem. I meet my macros and go over in my protien....and am hungry and haven't met my calories. I don't want to eat fatty foods to increase calories, and then be eating too much fat.... Lol. I will definitely look at it as a minimum from now on. I only am having 1200…

I tried adding more cheese but then it bumped up the fat too high. I guess it is just a balancing act that I will have to play with and find what works. Thanks

I am reaching my protein goal for the day no problem their. My diet is extremely clean, and I do drink a protein shake everyday. Good thought about the icecream and chocolate! I like that. Lol

Sometimes you need to wake up your metabolism by changing our calorie intake for a day. Spike it one day and then go back to 1200 the next. OR as previously said, change your workout routine. That will get it going again as well. Do you lift heavy weights, or mostly cardio? Lifting heavy will also boost your metabolism. I…
