It is so hard to guess calories with food cause everyone makes them different, even companies. If you can remember the brand or store you got it from then you can try to google it and get the nutrition for it..

People that are heavier will burn more calories then a smaller person.. I can walk with my mom and burn 400 and she will only burn half of that.

I say Friday morning then on Monday morning to see how horrible you did over the weekend haha that it what I do hoping it will help me learn to stay on track over the weekends!
