  • i workout twice sometimes three times a day but i keep the workouts short and intense. 20 mins at the most and i noticed when i do that i have better results. so i say as long as you have the energy for it go for it!
  • i've been trying to maintain for about 2 months now. it was easier for me to lose weight than maintain. i haven't quite figured out what works for my body yet but hopefully someone will give some good feedback! congrats on surpassing your goal! that's amazing!

  • it depends on how much you have to lose. when i was at my biggest i didn't but now that i'm down to the last 10 pounds i do eat them back. you should never lose more than 2-3 pounds a week if you are obese but if you are overweight 1-2 pounds is healthy weight loss. as long as you are eating 1200 calories then you are…

  • back your lunch the night before :) peanut butter is a great source of protein and high in calories, nuts, oatmeal, tuna, anything with protein is a great way to get calories :)
  • I love it! but i find that for my body weight it makes me lose weight too quickly so i have to take one pill then my high calorie/cheat day i don't take it. its way too hard to meet my maintence calories. lol i also discovered if i take it too late... NO SLEEP TIL 2-3am lol... but i love it and i would highly recommend it…
  • you need to be eating at least 1200 calories... 1000 is way too low! you'll put your metabolism into starvation mode and you'll plateau.
  • i loge every calorie and i am good about reminding myself to eat. i haven't been hungry since i started this pill but that's a good thing because i'm always hungry and it helps me avoid unnecessary snacking when i know i'm getting enough calories :) day 2 and i love the energy :D i'm actually keeping up with my housework…

  • when i first started i was the same... it was SO discouraging but once i got down the clean eating and watching my salt intake and paying attention to "that time of the month" it got easier... your weight is going to fluctuate from day to day and its normal to fluctuate within hours... just keep at it and maybe try taking…
  • ok thanks! i never thought about a detox/cleanser... i've have to check that out! i read some good reviews for 20-50 pounds but there hasnt been much on the last 10 pounds lol... these are KILLING me! i have managed to lose 68 no problem but the last 10 are a different beast :P
  • have you tried calorie shifting? it has worked wonders for me and its super easy! i've lost 43 pounds doing it. i never feel deprived of anything :)
