A protein shake at night shortly before you get those cravings would help. There's almost always room for a little more protein in everyone's diet.

I go for the 6" Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on Wheat with double meat, pepperjack, and veggies. 550-600 calories, around 45 grams of protein without the additional bread. Pretty much whatever you get I'd suggest the 6" with double meat over a footlong.
