Love your photos. Especially the color ones with the skin. That's reality and that's what I love to see. Not some cut up person trying for perfection. Great job girl. Hopefully I'll get there soon. You're an inspiration.

This one. Worked wonders for me and still is. Have done Insanity and the gym but nothing whipped me in to shape better than this and running 3 times a week.

First thing I ask myself is "what is it that I want?" Then I determine if I can actually wait until "tomorrow" to have that treat. If so, then I wait. I "tomorrow" myself until I get to Saturday and then give in. Sometimes I want it, most times I don't. The fact that you're stating your mind is saying "what's one more day…

You are definitely not alone. When I'm stressed/depressed/just in a funky mood, I can't eat a thing. I force myself to drink water just to stay hydrated. I have started to drink Vega One nutritional shake as well because I at least get some nutrients.

This and only this.

Couldn't do it any other way. My ultimate goal is 30 pounds, but I'm attacking it in 3-4 pound per month increments.

You look great just where you are.

Definitely don't focus on everything all at once. That's just setting yourself up for failure. Piggybacking others, try to focus on non weight related habits and practices.

Run my second marathon in under five hours.

This. And only this.

I did SP before I came here. IMO, SP was too busy for me. I felt overwhelmed and thus didn't log in at all. If SP is working for you stick with it.

Treadmill running is definitely way different from outdoor, but don't get discouraged. Start doing incline intervals on the treadmill to mimic (as much as possible) the changing terrain of the outdoors. Also, I would try to get in at least one day of outdoor running no matter if you run 1/3 of a mile or 1 mile. The sooner…

Nike+ or runkeeper

WOW!!! Looks like you've lost more than 20 lbs. Great accomplishment. You look great.

Did my marathon in March and haven't gotten the bug back yet either. Even skipped out on the PRR which I registered for because I just wasn't feeling it. My next race is Aug 3. It's only a 5k so hopefully I can get that loving feeling back. For me I think I accomplished what I set out to do (the marathon) and now don't…

I would try to incorporate the pre-workout drink back into your diet before replacing the shoes. I think you may be hungry since you eliminated that fuel source in the morning.

I haven't bought any, but I have half a closet full of clothes that had gotten too small. About two weeks ago, I was able to fit into a dress comfortably that I haven't worn in two years. It felt awesome, even better than going to the store and buying a smaller size.

What works for me is tying my sweet treat to a specific time. Right now it's payday Friday. In the meantime when I am waiting on that Friday, I suck on a peppermint instead of indulging in cookies, cakes, ice cream, etc. It's hard to beat the monster, but not impossible.

Mine is around 190 when I'm going balls to the wall. It's at that point I'll modify the exercise to get in back down in an acceptable range.

I do my tried and true Firm and Insanity DVDs every morning alternating them. 3 days a week in the afternoons I run between 2-5 miles (if I feel up to it). I used to belong to a gym and a Crossfit box, but there's something about working out at home on my time that I thoroughly enjoy.

No vacation planned yet, but want to be down by 15 pounds by my birthday at the end of September.

You are proof that the scale is probably the last thing to count when exercising and eating right. You look great. Keep up the great work.

Agree with everyone else, take your measurements and loosely focus on the scale. I took my monthly measurements this morning and went down in every category except 2. The scale says I've gained 1 pound since my last weigh in two weeks ago. Also, focus on how your clothes are fitting and your energy levels. I only weigh on…

Try minimalist shoes. They look like a piece of rubber with fingers. I have friends that run in them.

I'm on nike plus

Love that pink dress.

Starting today as well. Will alternate days with my runs, so will finish after others on here, but definitely need the support and encouragement.

The 1st and 15th of every month. It's the only way I don't become obsessive.

You took the words right out of my mouth. That side shot is the bomb.
