Hi, I have a SALTER with a weight capacity of 11 lb x 0.1 oz or (5kg x 1g). It has digital display grams/kg pounds/oz and tare. Purchased about 3 years ago - was pricy for me $40.00, but use it all the time. Good luck!

Hello, You need to do what works for you. Baby steps are the best way and if having your calories set at 1400 - 1600 helps you lose 1/2 pound a week that is still a half pound lost. You will gradually lower your calorie intake as time goes by. Just try to stick with it! I wish you lots of success! :smile:
