I'm not exaggerating, I have big muscles. I was using 8 lb weights with p90x and doing max reps. now Im doing less because I want less muscles. I'll just stick with the four and try repeating the program.

Wow level two is intense! Today was my first day of L2D1 and it sure did surprise me.with how much more intense it was. I love the challenge though and knowing its doing a lot for my body. L1D3 DONE! So guys today I am VERY proud of myself! I've been giving it maximum intensity since I've started, and today I added in HIIT 20 from the TurboFire workouts! I've done the 120 day TurboFire before, so I have the set. I think for now on I am going to add 2 HIIT workouts, and one Fire, which is more of a regular…

Today is L1D3 for me completed! Ive completed the Turbo Fire months ago, and so today i threw in HIIT 20 after 30DS. Man was that hard! I think im going to add that in 2 times a week and then one of the regular Cardio TF classes in. So 3 alternative workouts added each week :) Let's see what results I get!

L1D2 done! I've been doing it when I wake up and get the little one settled in. My energy levels were low today, I think I might eat a small healthy breakfast before working out for more energy! Although I'm glad how much I'm kicking butt. Still did every workout through, all the pushups, reps, and all in high intensity!

I started Friday too but went away for the weekend So I started over today which kind of works out for the Oct. 1st group, plus we'll be done on Halloween!

Hey Guys! Well I started Day 1 of the 30DS yesterday and man am I soar! I really love it though and can definiely feel that its working! So far I've completed 120 days of TurboFire, and half of P90x. Unfortunately I slipped, I got down to 128.5 pounds and now Im back up at 136, Eeeek! I know...well! Time to get back down…
