pay attention to your sodium content and drink lotsa water on top of excercise and eat alot of green veggies!

ok i was the same way i can still fit 18s comfortably but then i went to the store and tried on junior 15/17 and womens 16 and those fit as well but months ago b4 the weightloss i couldnt get into a size smaller then 18 so go to the store and see if u can wear a size down you might be pleasantly surprised :)

yes the site is very addicting for me though honestly my struggle as a stay at home mom is staying out of the fridge so if i spent hours on here off and on reading posts , successes etc...it helps me stay out of the dreaded kitchen !

im sure you will get many responses, u basically are starving your body make sure to get 1,200 calories a day not less that is after your workout!

you know what i found is really good is mothers maid low sodium vegetarian beans of course u wash them first b4 putting them on salad..im a major cheese lover and when i put those on there i dont seem to miss the cheese ..yum

simple low impact aerobics ..i got a video from my neighbor called "walk away the pounds" it starts with a one mile walk and up to a 3 mile walk each one burning more fat .ive only done the one mile walk its very easy and i feel good after.
