1 day succesfully done..been hurting from yesterday's 30DS, and also did very first workout from Oxygen (3 months long workout series) just before this...will be soooo sore tomorrow:(( how is everybody else doing???? xxx

In with you..did 30DS about 2 months ago but only a week...this time I want to finish whole 30 days:)) I am also doing it along Ripped in 30 so awaiting big results:))

I use Phd Diet Whey. Love all of them as they dont have any artificial after taste and calories are pretty low too- only 98 cal and 18g of protein per 1 scoop.

just bought me a slimming belt...never tried it..but you never know..it is supposed to do miracles ( shed excess water from around your middle)...as far as i heard:))))gonna give it a try in the morning...will let you know:))
