don't give up yet. its only been 2 weeks. if your building muscle during exercise that actually weighs more than fat . also check to see if your eating or exercising the same. If yes change it up just a little. see if that helps.

yep. I'm in my 40s with tattoos and piercings. I even had a mom approach me at school while picking up my youngest that I was a horrible mother based on my tattoos. I don't think a heart and butterfly is that shocking. Don't worry I'm not here to pierce your 5 year old.

I have a fitbit zip. It isn't even synced to the website. I use it mainly to count how many steps I take during the day. Thats why I got the cheaper one.

you do need a certain amount of daily fat for your body to function correctly. And some vitamins are fat soluble so for your body to absorb them they need fat. i walk everyday. usually 6-9 hours at work. And then some at home. I do rest days when I do weights and thats every other day.

I'd go by how your clothes are fitting rather than actually numbers. Weight fluctuates. Muscles, water weight, didn't weight your self at the same time. Through out the day it even changes. I showed a 2.8 pound difference last night before bed than this morning.

I'm not a big breakfast fan. But I eat a bowl of either oatmeal or healthy cereal. Then take some fruit I can eat at work. I work weird hours and lunch is never a set time. Which makes it hard to stay on track sometimes.

don't give up. I too was a former member that just stopped all efforts and I am back. No longer on focusing on size or numbers but looking just to get healthier and happy with me.
