Sorry I meant to say im working out 3xs a day!!! I been at this weight for three weeks. My waist is 30 and hips is 43. I just started weighing my food this week because I bought a scale but before that I was eating the same food size compared to how the scale weighs it.

I always do HIIT after my weight lifting sessions. I do mine slightly different though. I do not go all out from the very beginning, I let my body warm up to it and I go for about 25-30 mins. My typical routine is run at level 8 for 30 secs (treadmill) and then jog at 4.0 for 1 minute. I do that for about 15 mins but the…

Thank you ALL! I appreciate your kind encouraging words. I have not tape measured myself but I am sure there is some inch loss there. I will do that and go from there. I will also see where I can tweak my diet, I am not giving up! I just need encouragement and I am glad I found this forum.

Thank you! That's what I want less cellulite and more shapely tight thighs even if they stay the same size u know. You know I have that book and did the program 3 years ago. But when I did it I was not eating but just 1200 calories and felt weak so I stopped becuz I didn't know much back then

omg weird I read this today. Last night I stubbed my toe and cracked it! It does not hurt that much but it definetly looks like it may fall off. Will it grow back? This has never happened to me idk if it means it was weak to begin with or what..just weird oh well.

Thanks guys I think ill definitely stick to my weight training routine. Is it possible to reach your goal weight while lifting weights? I can't seem to get out of the 160-170 weight range, Its a bit frustrating. I.honestly feel discouraged

I think I was wrong I used the Harris Benedicit Equation and according to my activity level i need 2400 to maintain and subtract the 500 for weight loss level.
