L-Glutamine quick question...

I started taking Glutamine recently. Do I take it only on weight lifting days or my cardio days too?? Thanks guys. :):)

    AJ_G is a shy man, but we are all trying to get him out of his shell hahaha!!

    Honestly, you don't need it. It really is just another ploy by the supplement companies in my opinion. If you are ingesting sufficient protein, and from the looks of your diary you are, your diet is already rich in L-Glutamine, and supplementing with it is a waste of money. Animal protein, whey protein, beans, spinach are just some of the foods rich in this amino acid. The supplement companies would lead you to believe that supplementing with L-Glutamine will lead to strength gains and quicker recovery, when in actuality, you are most likely getting enough through your diet.

    Now, if your diet lacked certain foods because of allergy or medical reasons, then that would be a different story.
