Congrats on the weight loss , You have did a Great job . I just use MFP and when i kept going over i adjusted my rate of loss down from 2 pounds per week to 1.5 pounds a week , it gave me a few more calories to eat . soon i go to one pound a week ,, Good luck

I have found when im tired and hungry i am at my weakest ,, so try to just take a Nap if i can .. good luck

i just use MFP .. eat the number of calories it gives me and go from there ,, i think i will have to change my weight loss number to 1 pound a week soon , am trying to wait till im in onederland first .. good luck

Kind of in same boat since Christmas .. alI I know to do is keep eating my numbers and wait .. like one guy said on here he just writes January off for weight loss lol Good luck

I would suggest finding a way of eating that hits your calorie goals that you can live with .. think about it if you lose 1 pound a week it takes a year to lose 50 pounds .. Takes more tHan a few weeks .. Good luck

yes i am down about that much and it does seem that im just as big .. and i am still over weight so i think it just shows me i have more to do ,, from the start i am wearing smaller clothes and have other NSV to be happy about ,, just gotta keep plugging good luck

I read the eat to lose weight story ,, and he goes on to recommend 20 percent less than TDEE as a goal and that sounds about right .. i disagree on the story about the girl that couldnt lose weight at 1300 calories but could at a higher number of calories , why do those guys on Naked and afraid lose so much weight if…

if you have been eating at 1900 for three months i would cut back 200-250 calories a day and see how it went for a month .. if you have maintained at 1900 calories 250 less per day should be half pound a week or so good luck

sounds reasonable to me , set MFP up to loose 1 pound a week and eat those calories ,, as far as sweets go, eat them if they fit in your calories ,, and fruit seems to help me if i want something sweet but want to stay away from candy good luck

the two things i always think of is the Michigan Experiment , and the TV show Naked and afraid ,, they all lost weight not eating more food than required . Good luck

I am no pro ,, far from it . Reading your post just made me think that your chasing the scale ( and that sucker can be mean at times ) It also reminded me about a post that stuck with me . It you know your calories are on point Have faith in the system it does work . Good Luck

i was in the habit of skipping breakfast for awhile , just meant i could have more calories at other meals ,, now i have been in the habit of eating breakfast and im missing my larger meals later , but im used to breakfast . so its what you get used to i guess .. my diary is open but i eat more than 200 ,, items are less…

yes that sounds like a nice plan , you just have to remember if your trying to lose weight its more about how much you eat than how much you exercise .. good luck

one thing to remember is you wont undo all your weight loss at once ,, so if your over a little on calories the scale will catch it and you can correct , i have heard alot look at a 5 pound range for weight Good luck

This doesn't suprize me .. I just bought some belvitta orange cranberry cookies .. man there good. .. I'm sure I could have a pack for breakfast and lunch .. small dinner and loose weight ... just don't think I could do it for very long Good luck

That's a good question .. I think it's an average over a longer period of time .. days and weeks are easier to track and make corrections from .. for example if I needed to loose 100 pounds I would need to eat less than my TDEE by 350000 calories over a period of time to attain my goal .. well I can't do that in a day or…
