I think we have trouble being truthful with ourselves. . When things don't go my way I usually know why .. now I can make excuses but the results are the same ..so a good start is don't lie to yourself .. Good luck and hang in there

even when they put calories on the menu its a crap shoot .. different size servings , more of this less of that ,, i have been using a good ball park for me and going with it ,, no weight loss ,, change ball park figure good luck

I think any time your limiting food choices you are limiting calories indirectly .. for example I followed the.t factor diet years ago .. it limited and tracked fat intake .. for a man it was 60 grams of fat I think .. and by doing that I also limited my calories. Thats true Sue ,, i was joking around .. no one has made me eat anything and i do control how much i eat . At Christmas i went off plan and its just taking longer to see the types of progress i was seeing before Christmas .. Just gotta keep moving and stay on plan , ill get there good luck

OP . I am kind of in same boat as you . Seems like it's taking me longer to get back on track than I would like .. I just try to hit my numbers and keep moving forward .. and that means not going over my numbers .. I'm not ready to start maintaince yet ...I guess I could lie to myself and call it a diet break lol Good luck

i think we all get discouraged sometimes , for example my scale didnt show what i wanted it to show this week ,, and i know why i think ,, but i also know quitting is not the answer . i did eat better than what i could have eaten and know that and should still be in a deficit ,, just gotta plug along and not give up ,,…

i think this is where the idea i gotta eat more to lose weight thing came into play ,,, bad idea in the long run and people just dont get CI vs CO in the long run is what does it good luck

If your netting 950 a day , that does seem low , from what i have read 1200 is the low number for Girls ,, you would still lose 1 pound a week at your numbers . A lot of people do weekly averages of there calories is why i mentioned weekly goals instead of daily goals .. good luck

I think it would depend on what calorie level you were eating at .. 1500 per day times three 4500 per week .. I have about 5250 per week trying for 1.5 per week loss .. .. so if your eating at maintaince every day and using this at calore reduction ?? Good luck
