I wouldn't count each shift for your calories burned, I'd just up my lifestyle to very active and then only log calories burned for workouts like going to gym, walking, or working out at home, etc...

I have been hearing about this new thing of standing at your desk. You burn more calories per hour doing so, so I think at end of 8 hour day, you would have burned between 300-400 more calories than you would have sitting. I've made chocolate oatmeal cookies with it before. Also, you could make peanut butter cookies, but substitute a third or half of peanut butter with the nutella. I also agree with poster who suggested just eating it alone. SOOOO good. lol

If it's just muscle soreness, I always push though, besides, that's how you get results. BUT, if it is joint/bone pain, always rest or even see your doctor if it's that severe. Good luck!!
