You look great and the new hairstyle definitely flatters you well!
-
Wow... Really? Please tell me you left your mfp up and someone is playing a joke by writing this.

yeah, there is nothing wrong with having kids right after or shortly after marriage as long as you are happy and READY!!! Oh and almost nothing prepares you for this. haha.... But, I do just fine. It's to each THEIR OWN!!! :)
-
 yep, sounds about right!
-
yeah.....exactly. lol

I was 25, but definitely agree it depends on the person. Some people are happy with their jobs and make enough money for them without college or grad school. But, with some people whose fulfillment depends on their education and career, completing school would be important. Sometimes other circumstances come in to play,…

sounds like you answered your own question, when you weighed right before your cycle, you were heavier. You put on weight shortly before and during the beginning of your period. Take it easy on cravings, drink water, and it'll be off after your TOM. Good luck!

That is incredible. Good work!!

I would say rice, but usually that is in stuffed peppers, so I'm gonna say salad

unnecessary tapping, when my husband chews his nails, people with road rage (really people, as long as we get there alive, does it really matter that much?), neighbors who blast bass music so loud it sounds like you're sitting next to their speaker, people who litter, hmmmmm this could go on all day. lol

I used to think differently, but now I agree with this!!

Don't give up, just try to move things around in your schedule so you can do it every day, it's just 27 minutes. When I did it, I did cardio every day as well. Of course, I don't know your schedule. But out of a 12 hour day, it's not impossible to fit it in. It has best results when done every day. Good luck, stick with…

Its not a diet, it's love handle reduction

I indulge in dark chocolate around my period, but I do not sit down and eat a whole bar. I like hershey's special dark chcolate, the small bars are only 180 for the whole thing. i usually eat a quarter to a half of it for my TOM

spin, AMT machine, elliptical, shadow boxing (basically kickboxing stuff using only upper body). I have hardly any cartilage in my right knee right knee and my left isn't far behind, so I've been having to adjust my workouts as well. Good luck. Spinning really is easy on the knees.

yep what the other poster said about it doesn't matter as long as that's how you weigh in every time! Be consistent. And, you have to think about it, the shoes do weigh something. So if you want your weight with no added ounces/lbs, it would make sense to weigh with them off.

yes, I see your tummy shrinking in. But, you really have to give it time. It's only been a month, right? Give yourself time, take measurements and use a pair of pants to scale how your body feels and is shaping up. keep it up!!
-
You are probably starting your period a little early. last month I started 5 days early and this month, 2 days early. The brown is just old blood coming out and will probably be followed by red soon. But you have to listen to your body. If you feel it's really not normal, call your OB or go in.

Maybe being too thin isn't better than being fat in some cases, BUT being fat is definitely NOT good. Being too thin isn't either. One good way to look at it (or I should say how I look at it) is be STRONG. If I put my focus there instead of being skinny or thin, I think I'll get the best results!

I believe that squats, lunges will reduce cellulite. I've seen it in my own legs.

there is something called and MIT machine, it is insane! it's like elliptical but way more intense, in order to put it in motion at all, you have to really work your body. other than that, zumba, spin, or kickboxing classes. Good luck. Oh and with running, you will be sore at first, but after a few minutes, your body will…

Wow, look at you, all cute and stuff. ;p You really do look amazing :flowerforyou:

lol... I was in the same boat with "baby weight" I started when my son was 15 months, couldn't really blame it on that, although I milked that cow as long as I could lol. Feel free to add me :D

I think there a "gardening" listed

The only advice I can give is from my personal experience from having a baby and getting flabby to being pretty toned. I work out every day if I can, but sometimes only get in a workout 6 days a week. I try to do strength along with cardio everyday. I try to do at least 30-60 min of cardio and 15-30 min strength. I do…
