okay, so this recipe isn't necessarily great for a 'diet', especially if portion control isn't your strong suite. but they are all-natural, and packed with nutrients, and the taste is so rich that you only need one or two for a treat!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup roasted peanuts
4 whole, dried, pitted dates
about 1/4 cup agave nectar or honey (you may sweeten to your personal taste)

Directions: Place the first 3 ingredients in a food processor and process for about 1 minute. Add the dates and agave/honey. Process for 1-2 more minutes. The dough should start to ball up in the food processor, and be a texture much like cookie dough. Note: If the dough is too sticky or soft to easily form balls, place it in the freezer or fridge for a little while until the dough gets firmer. Roll the dough into 16 balls. (They are pretty small, a little larger than a hershey's kiss.) Place the balls in an air-tight container. They do not need refrigeration, but they keep longer that way. Note: The cookie dough balls will continue to get firmer after they are formed because the oats soak up some of the peanut's moisture. They will keep for about 5 days!

This whole process takes about 10 minutes! so simple! :drinker:
