Now is not the time to lose weight. You need to think of the baby and wait until after for any kind of weight loss plan. However, that doesn't mean you can't eat healthy and exercise. You can ask your doctor about safe exercises to do and even ask him/her for nutritional advice. Congrats!!

I get the side salad with dressing on the side, broccoli or seasonal veggies and pollo rosa maria. I only eat one of the breasts, then take the other one home which is wonderful leftover. Oh and now they even have skinny cocktails that are pretty delicious. Enjoy. Oh and tell them not evn to bring the bread, cause it is SO…

Nice! And you look fantastic, btw :flowerforyou:

your best bet is to log it as 20 minutes of circuit training if you don't have an HRM. A lot of people with HRMs on this site have said that calculation is pretty spot-on.

yep yep, shred has really toned my arms!! I ♥ them now.

Well, what brought me to this post was that you didn't mention nutrition in your question. You MUST include a balanced healthy and controlled diet in combination with exercise in order to lose weight. One without the other isn't good. You can lose weight controlling calories but not working out, but I definitely wouldn't…

I'm glad there are people on this post that are being honest about other countries OTHER THAN the US having this issue. McDonalds's is an American company, that's why you think America when you think Mcdonalds. I am American and very very very rarely have Mcdonalds, if I do it's for a coffee or something. And that's from a…

Whn I was pregnant, the smell of eggs cooking would send me to the porcelain goddess EVERY TIME

Do you wear an HRM? Curious bc maybe since you teach class, you don't burn as much as you used to when just starting? Just a thought... You know I've said many times I think you look great. But, I also know it is your body and you know what you want/need out of it.

yep as onebryte says, mfp has a recipe calculator. Go under the "FOOD" tab, then to the "recipe" option and enter it ingredient by ingredient

This is also very true. I had a c-section almost 2 years ago and still get some pain around my incision

Ok, a couple of things. 1. are you about to start? I cramp a lot during/after exercise if I'm about to start or am on my TOM. and 2. If I really work it out and kill it in the ab routines, I cramp. I mean, it makes sense, your muscles are being "shredded" for lack of a better word and you will cramp.

Ok took me a min to load up the pics, but You look great!! WTG! :D

Hi! I'd like to be friends. I am an American in Germany, so it's nice to be in about the same time zone! I've lost 51 lbs, and MFP truly is a wonderful tool for weight loss! Feel free to add me :)

YOU inspire ME!!! I am about to be 28 and actually get kinda down about it, I know most people are doing the eye roll right about now, but I have started thinking, hello, I've got all my thirties AND my 40's and hell even 50s, 60s to be fabulous!!!

chocolate... if it's around, I'll eat it. I may eat it slowly, somehow that makes me feel better??? lol... But, I will munch and munch until its gone and I got a whole new jelly roll the next day. I am 5'2", so it doesn't take much for me to develop a new roll ;p

oh yeah, for salad-no cheese dressing on the side, then pick off about half the croutons

I would think they have salads. But, if you really want to enjoy yourself, work your booty off today and burn about 500 cals, that way you will be able to net about a 500 calorie dinner with one of those 1k calorie plates. Enjoy!!

There are jumping jacks and jump rope (even double jump rope) in the above levels, and there's not really an easier option for them either. So, moving on certainly won't help. Just keep moving while they are doing those moves that hurt. Do shadow boxing while they are jump roping. Just keep that heart rate up and you'll be…
