Feel free to add me

I'm a huge fan of the Brooks Adreneline GTS. Best thing to do though is to go into a running store and try out a few options.

Anyone on this thread can feel free to add me. I'm not 100% perfect with my diary, but it's fairly accurate!

I wake up at 415 and after two cups of coffee and a hard boiled egg, I'm at the gym at 500 when they open. However...that's me! Others go in the evenings, but they key is to do something! At whatever time works for you! Feel free to add me as a friend - that's to anyone on this thread! I can use more support and I'd love…

Feel free to add me as a friend...and that's to anyone reading this thread. I have an open diary (which is sometimes embarrassing!) but I'm committed to making a change! Happy to give and receive support!

Feel free to add me. I can always use new friends and I have an open diary (for better or worse!)

I have about 90 lbs to go...feel free to add me!

Feel free to add me! I'm pretty religious about exercise and logging, and my diary is open to friends. Joe

Feel free to add me in MFP and Fitbit! https://www.fitbit.com/user/35J652

I use Mpow Cheetahs which you can buy for about $25. Work great, long lasting battery, and they stay on. I'd highly recommend them.

I'm interested! I don't know how much you have to lose, but I'm at about 295 now and looking to hit the 200 mark. That being said, I'm pretty damn motivated and hit the gym 4-5 times a week!

If you want to mix things up, try the stationary bike or the elliptical. Nothing wrong with the treadmill, but for me, I like variety
-
If you have the MFP app on your phone, it's easier to log than on the computer / at least for me. Just log as soon as you eat something because you're right, at the end of the day you will forget some things.

Hi! I'm 47...feel free to add me!

Feel free to add me too! Happy to receive and provide support!!

All good suggestion guys, thank you! Isn't it funny (at least I think so) that I have self-control to only eat kosher foods and would never think of, for example, eating milk and meat together. That wasn't always the case for me, but I made the decision to keep kosher over 20 years ago, and it's not part of my life.…

I log in every day and have a pretty nice streak going of over 300 days. Feel free to add me

Add me. I've lost 40 lbs but have a way to do

Feel free to add me as a friend. I could definitely use an accountability partner and someone to kick me in the butt (virtually, of course)! I'm 47, live in the Chicago area, am 6'0 and weigh 308.

Well, first off feel free to add me as a friend. From a motivation standpoint, I read the threads in my MFP feed and I enjoy getting cheers from my friends when I've lost weight or had a good workout. And I use Fitbit as well, so let me know your email and we can connect there too! Joe
