I agree...just another day or 2 though. Then I would move on in order to learn the sequence of the videos. It'll get better day by day. I couldn't get those dang on rows/punches/back kick combos for the longest....lol I still slip up sometimes when I don't do TJ for a minute. Good Luck!!

I only get like that when I'm not eating enough calories. Stock up on things you can eat. Otherwise eat with moderation in mind. You don't want to ruin a marriage over the sake of a few calories. I say Turbo Jam! It's fun and easy to stick with. Ive moved onto Les Mills Combat that I will finish in the next 2 weeks then I'll probably move onto Turbo Fire.
