Definitely want to eat after a workout, preferably within 30 minutes after while your metabolism is still revved up. Also want to make sure it is something with protein

I use Trader Joes steel cut oatmel. My favorite additions right now are ripe perssimon, a bit of almong milk, and cinnamon. yummm :)

This movie definitely helped to change the way I eat. I'm not a vegetarian, but I do now eat a plant-based diet and about 90% of the meals I eat are unprocessed. I've also switched to almond milk instead of regular and it's been an awesome change for me :)

I'd suggest getting a Polar HRM for your workouts. Every body is different and my HRM often reads a different number from what MFP or the Cardio machines read. I have a Polar FT4, you can find them on Amazon for about 50 bucks. Best fitness investment I ever made.

I usually don't get off work until 10 and have to stay up late to study so i gave up on the no food after 7:30. ( I really think that is meant for people who go to bed at proper hours LOL). however I try to keep it light when i come home. Same here with feeling less tired at work. i actually wind up feeling less energetic if I sleep for that extra hour instead of work out. Weird but true.

I thought I was the only one who did this! I measure everything I can simply because if I don't, I will try to lie to myself about how much I'm actually eating. Plus if you are at a point where you can't have that many calories to begin with every little one counts!
