Dont ever eat under 1000 and I wouldnt eat under 1200 (net), anything less is going to be not enough and your body will hold onto fat

My struggles are not eating enough throughout the day and then left with a ton of calories so i end up eating junk food!!!

I know exactly what you are saying! I will weigh every morning and if a couple of days with no change I freak out completely and get discouraged! I have even had my bf hide the scale from me to keep me from weighing every morning (I know sad)! I think its not a feeling you can get rid of but hopefully it will eventually go…

You should stay in the healthy range for your height! Mine is between 120 and 150 but I am taller than you! just do your research on a healthy weight for your height!

Im 5'5 and my goal is 150, once I get there I will see if I want to lose anymore but I have been over 200 for as long as I can remember so 150 is a good goal for me!

Thats how i feel if I get the urge to eat them! Just wanted to make sure eating under 1000 calories would not put my body in starvation mode! Thanks for the advice :)

I started at 235 and plan on rewarded myself when I hit 200 (my ultimate goal being 150). I havent decided what I plan on getting for myself but hopefully I will need a shopping trip by then and can reward myself with new and SMALLER clothes :)
