  • I use a drop of vanilla or lemon extract and a pinch of stevia. It is a delicious creamy flavored yogurt but with healthy sweetener.
  • I use nuts like about 10 peanuts to sprinkle on salads or in stir fry. I use a TBSP of sunflower seeds the same way. Some times I use the chili flavored peanuts to make veggie version of taco salad.
  • Hello, So chia seeds mush be high in protein? Are they tasty? I just started low carb veganism today:) I am making a vegi lasagna today with zucchini, onions, mushrooms and marinara sauce. I just might try chia seeds now. Probably wonderful sprinkled on my strawberries and almond milk for breakfast. Sounds yummy.
