Honestly I have had those days at least once a week specially because I'm in beginning stages of my weight loss journey. I do feel bad all night, and wished I hadn't. Hi everyone, I have been struggling with my weight for some time and was not able to lose a lot. I have started on the 17 Day Diet, today is Day 1 and I would love to join you lovely people in the journey of becoming healthier. My weight loss is at a very slow pace so I'm hoping to lose 20 lbs by 1/1/14.
