    Amazing!!!! You are practically my twin (I am 5'2'') - MFP starting weight May 2013 - 205, CW - 190. I am also 36 with 2 kids. You are such an inspiration. Looking at your pictures just propels me forward - I CAN DO IT. I am hoping I can post a similar story in May of 2014 :)

    Any tips, suggestions? What kind of excercise did you do? Average NET caloric intake?

    My starting stats are similar to yours:

    Highest weight: 212
    Starting weight on MFP: 207
    Present weight: 194
    Goal after one year: 150
    Ultimate goal: 110-130
    Also...I am only 5 foot tall and 39 years old with 2 kids.

    Your post helped me realize that this IS possible!
