I am still four pounds away from my goal, BUT, I was looking at pictures from one year ago, and HAVE TO post these!

36 yrs old
5'1''
SW 195 sz 16-18
GW 130
CW 134 sz 4-6

    beautiful... you look so happy! I am the same height and that is my goal weight also but I am a LONG way from it.... thanks for reminding me that it can be done!

    I have a very similar starting point:

    Heaviest weight: 212
    Starting weight on MFP: 207
    Current weight: 194
    Goal weight after 1 year: 130-150
    Ultimate goal weight: 110 - 120

    And.... I am 5 foot zero!

    Amazing job! You look so different, especially in your face - you look so good! Also, your daughter's (assuming your daughter, correct me if I'm wrong) graduation gown looks exactly like my college gown! xD
