Yeah, you are not eating enough to be working out as hard as you have been. You have to eat! I have benefited from eating a small amount of my exercise calories back but not all.

I am doing ripped in 30 and Killer Abs, these two workouts (plus walking & a tiny bit of running) is the only exercises I do, I have lost 15lbs :)

I celebrate by buying something new. The first 5lbs was workout clothes. The second 5lbs was a new workout video, HRM and a new pair of skinny jeans. I just hit my next 5lbs mark and my original goal and i havent yet figured out what i am going to do yet..... :)

I am pretty sure my HRM lies to me. But its okay - I only eat back a small amount of my exercise calories (like...10%) because I am sure it lies. lol I just did Ripped in 30, Week 1 (Jillian Michaels) and it said i burned almost 500 cal., could be true, I am not sure.

I eat smaller meals throughout the day. Breakfast is my biggest meal usually (the weekend is the exception) I also try to keep processed food out - the more the processed stuff i eat the hungrier i am all day.

I have an app on my phone for the C25K. It is very helpful (I have a windows phone). When i started I got up to week 5 and ended up spraining my ankle walking lol, so i started over yesterday :)

Quit eating cereal, its full of crap :) I really like almond butter on toast for breakfast. But i would suggest eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and maybe spreading your meals out a bit (maybe eat 4-5 times a day) and making them smaller.
