Take it for what it is - a compliment. You should be happy that someone noticed your accomplishment. Leave it at that!

That's sexy? Just looks huge to me. But then people have different definitions of beauty and sexiness. Enjoy the view! LOL !

Yeah, I'm on the short side as well. Every extra lb showed so heavy on me. I am in maintenance now since July. Because of my height and frame, my calorie requirement is not that much. So I really have to watch what I eat. If I over do it on the weekend (which I did this weekend), I have to make sure I make up for that this…

Amazing transformation! Well Done!

Sorry, but for most people, myself included, keeping track of our intake is as important in maintenance as it was when we were losing weight.
-
Congrats! And keep it up. You will be there in no time!

[q... In addition, he suggested taking me off my antidepressants because they might be the cause of my weight gain. I had a mini panic attack and didn't go back to discuss my medication. My test results came back normal. quote] Some medication do cause weight gain. I suggest discussing this with your doctor.

This is the conclusion of the link you provided: "... But let’s pretend for second, hypothetically, that the claims ARE true. Even then, it doesn’t change my opinion of Quest Bars AT ALL from a nutritional PoV (ethics aside). The primary claim is a drastic overstatement of fiber content. Personally, I eat Quest bars — and…

We eat a lot of veggies but there is a new product called " Veggie Blend-Ins" that I want to try. These are pureed veggies that you can add to your favorite recipes (sauces, brownies, soups, etc.). Available at walmart or on amazon. I ordered some but have not received yet.

Yes, this is what is working for me - I'm maintaining for the past 3 months and aim to do so for a long, long time - forever!

Moderate exercise mainly walking and trying not to eat back all exercise calories - that's how I lost weight too! I found that when I ate back my exercise calories even when I was exercising a lot, I didn't lose weight! funny!

I drink chocolate flavored protein shakes so it takes care some of my protein needs and satisfies my chocolate graving too. Or chocolate protein bars...

I'm also under 5'3" (actually 5'2") and trying to maintain 115-117 but at the MFP TDEE, I found I was gaining weight so I am trying to maintain at 1200 PLUS exercise calories. So true - shorter gals need less calories!

Yes, this!

I've been on this site for a year now, and I've lost close to 30 lbs. But because I log in using different devices, the site does not recognize my multiple log ins so now I'm back to 20 days. I feel like I'm caught in a loop. Can anyone help me with this? How can I make my log in on all my devices sync?
-
So true! I'm over 50 myself, 5"2" and at goal weight of 115-117, my numbers are not too far from yours. I find I can maintain at 1200 plus exercise calories. If I consume more than 1500 on 3 or more consecutive days I gain weight. I would have to exercise a lot to be able to eat more but I've learned to focus on things…

Yes, this

Maintaining for 2 months now. I find that I have to still log otherwise my calories go way over. I am now more concerned with weekly calorie goals and weight trends. If that goes well, I'll go by bi-weekly ... I'm also Interested to know how others are maintaining...
-
well done. I started PiYo last week but more determined this week.
-
I find if I log it, I am more mindful of drinking more water. I don't get enough hydration when I don't.
