I started drinking only water two days ago and I'm already down 2lbs. Now, those 2 lbs are probably pure water weight, but they're enough to keep me motivated!

I've been avoiding cameras like the plague for about a month. For some reason I've gained about 20 lbs in the last month or two. It totally snuck up on me. I wasn't paying attention to what I was eating/doing, clearly.

I've been incorporating lots of chicken (boiled, shredded, grilled) and veggies. But I'm an absolute sucker for cheese and sour cream. My calorie goal per day is 1200, but it seems almost impossible to stay that low...so I try to add in more exercise. It's almost overwhelming! Keep in mind, I live in the south (it's like…
