CONGRATS!!!! I too have accomplished the elliptical on the weight loss setting. Trust me, it gets easier and before you know it you will be increasing the resistance. Good luck to you and congrats again!!

Snacking and grazing after I get home from work. I also tend to snack when I'm cooking too...so not cool!! It's a constant struggle..

I think you will. As long as you are not going over your daily caloric intake and just eating poorly. My coworkers and I are on day 11 and we are starting to really FEEL the difference! Endurance is increasing in a major way! Good luck to you! Inanity is a beast but you will feel so proud of yourself after every session.

Music helps me also. I make sure I have my ipod charged and ready before hitting the gym. I have also been blessed with coworkers and friends who are trying to get healthy as well. They are my lifesavers on days when I just don't feel like doing anything. Friends or a fit buddy are a HUGE help!! Good luck to you!!

I want to join in on this challenge but I have a question. 3500 burned does that mean the entire day or is it just when you do a cardio workout? I'm new to this and I wonder if it's even possible to burn 3500 in one cardio workout session..

There is a smoothie King right across from my gym. I am tyring not to make that my stop every morning but so far it has been. I usually have the Gladiator Smoothie since it is low in carbs, calories, and sugar. I will try the milk thing thought. Never thought of that one!!

I am sleeping 8 to 9 hours a night. Protein is pretty high as I usually incorporate a lot of chicken and egg (boiled no yoke) into my diet.
