Go to any bookstore and look for the diet/nutrition section. There are literally thousands of different diet books written by so-called "experts" (Suzanne Somers  ) touting the latest and greatest weight loss phenomenon. All claim to be healthy. Many claim quick, long-term weight loss. Logic: If even ONE of these…

Yes, I eat bad things every da...so I know that is what is stalling my weight loss. Any suggestions? (I did the raspberry ketone thing...nada.) [/quote] There are no magic bullets. Eat at a reasonable caloric deficit. Eat a variety of foods to cover your macros (protein, carbs, fat). Find a workout that you enjoy. Don't…

Really?? You assume I don't care just because I have alot of weight to lose at the moment? I…

Seriously?? As a health professional, I have to say that this 'diet' is about as unhealthy as you can get. Putting your body into Ketosis is not a state you want to be in. Very damaging to the kidneys. I realize that this and the Paleo Diet are just another rung in the huge ladder of diet fads promising quick weight loss…

No more damaging than trying to run outside with the potholes, uneven terrain, rocks, excessive heat (Florida) and stray dogs. And don't forget gum or dog poop on the pavement and perverts. Actually, if you have ANY joint issues in your lower extemities, don't run at all. Very jarring. Walk instead. Or use the eliptical.…

How long do you bake them for? They sound delicious!
