One or two will have zero impact in your weightloss, may have some effect on engery levels thats about it. It will take weeks and weeks of under eating for something to become noticable. There are plenty of people on this site who count calories by the weekly average, undereating during the week so they can splurge on the…

Not sleeping will not affect you donating but may affect the way you feel after donating. Its normal to feel a little woozy after the first couple of time so being tired might exagerate the feeling but its nothing to worry about. Just make sure you are hydrated drink plenty the morning of your donation eat plenty and you…

When I set up my account I put a goal that was overweight by current standards, I just picked a number close to ideal and went with it. Ive always been overweight so i had no idea what I'd look like at a certain weight so i picked a number and went with it. However as time went on I decided to lower my goal into the…

The main reason I do donate because If I ever need a transfusion someone else has gone out of their way to donate the blood that will save my life. Im currently on a trial run by the British blood bank to see if there is any risk involed decreasing the time between donations, Currnetly in the UK its something like 12weeks…

It was a tongue in check comment meaing, you only need a calorie deficit to lose weight, exercise is for health.
-
Tell that to the two people in the chairs next to me, they had a bet on who was going to finish first, even made the nurses put the needles in at the same time.
-
Ive donated 36 times me personally needles don't bother me or the sight of blood, actually I have several pictures on my phones of the needle in my arm and pictures of the unit of blood ive just donated. If you don't like seeing needles in your arm just look away, bring headphones or like I do have a quick 5-10 power nap.…

Of course they can, my best friend is female and I've lived with her for 6 years.

Most people have already covered my points on this, after being with someone for 7yrs its impossible for him to forget about her, look at it like a plus point he told you what he's thinking, most guys wont do that.

You need to make sure what you are currently loggin is 100% don't start upping/lowering calories before you have 4 weeks of solid login. When you say slip up, do you mean going over your calories our having something that you've decided to give up? If you are going over log it and move onto the next day, if its the latter…

Look at my ticker, 90% of that loss has been achieved eating most of my calories within a couple of hours. Like you I didnt set out to eat everything in a small window due to my time table Its just worked out like this.

No you are not hitting a Plateau, a plateau is generally described as 2-3months of not losing. A number of factors could have lead to a lower than expected loss and the main culprit is water rentention.

When In a deficit its near impossible to build muscle, for that you have to have a surplus of calories. You may gain whats called newbie gains but this is such a small amount its not even worth paying attention to. What you will find whenever you start a new exercise rotine you will have water retention which helps your…

Possible yes, healthy no. With only 68lbs to lose it would take a very unhealthy diet to lose 3-4 per week, you would lose alot of muscle as well as fat so you wont look much better at that rate. Its best to keep it at the 1-2lbs range but as you get smaller its going to be harder to keep that rate of lose because your…

No it wont matter if you are 90 cals under and to be honest you will more than likely have miscalculated calories eaten and calories burnt so it will give you a bit of wiggle room
-
Its down to personal preference, its not a magic formula for losing weight. It help people from over eating o calorie dense foods like bread which can come to 200+ cals per slice so easily if you have 2 slice there a big chunk of your daily intake gone. For me you would have to prize the carbs out of my cold dead hands.

Alot of people have pointed out that the vast majority of people hold their fat in their thighs and stomach and the only way to slim them down is by decreasing your bf%, 2 ways of doing that 1) keep losing weight till they are a size you like or 2) lift heavy and decrease your bf% without a huge loss of the scale. The…

Just incase you are not joking ignore all of this
-
No if you are doing TDEE exercise calories are already accounted for
-
Making sure I keep upto date with this one.
-
Overrated? i don't think thats the correct term more like overused. If you ate at a huge deficit for and extended period of time 6 months plus got to a certain bf% then maybe you might be in starvation mode, but for 99.99 of dieting shouldn't even come into there thoughts.

When I cover nights at work I log the day from when I wake up to when I go to sleep, so that could be wake up 3pm breakfast to bedtime at 7am, remember your body doesn't have a clock it doesn't know when its 23:59 or 00:01.
