I am using MyFitnessPal app & my daily calories is 1,370. I exercise 5 times a week from Monday-Friday,(Saturday & Sunday are my
days off). Will I lose weight if I eat 90 calories from my 1,370 calories including exercise.
I just want an overall point of view on the topic.

No it wont matter if you are 90 cals under and to be honest you will more than likely have miscalculated calories eaten and calories burnt so it will give you a bit of wiggle room0

Most people would eat the 1370 and half of your exercise calories back. Some people eat them all back, but remember a lot of the exercises calories burned put in, are not correct. Eating 90 calories less just gives you room for any miscalculations.0

Eat 1370 + exercise calories....but be wary of MFP guesstimated burns. If you start with 90 calories less, you can test this out for awhile. If you start to feel tired or run down....eat a little more. If you stop losing....eat less.
