I have that prob right now!!!! I lost 22 lbs and stalled out. I tried to up my food & workouts but nothing is working. I figured if i keep going at least I won't go back to the size I was before!:smile:

I mix mine up. 1hr cardio every other day with 45min strenght training on the other days. I also take every 3 days off so my body will heal itself.

Great job so far!! I lost 5 lbs the first week just by ditching my sodas!!! Keep up the good work & the payoff is amazing!

I use strength training... I also go to weight-loss-center.com because they have an activity calculator that's based off your weight. Haven't been able to afford a heart monitor yet. Btw I use dumbbells also @ 5lbs each.

Don't worry. Just start again 2mrw! I've had those days where I eat everything I want and then feel guilty but I've realized this is a very long and hard journey and PERSISTENCE is the key!! Keep looking at 2mrw as a diffrent day!

I had just talked to my mother this morning about this topic!! I have been eating & working out & doing all the right things but the scale is not moving!! But... My clothes fit better and I feel really good. So in the end, right now that's what matters most to me!!

Me too... I need to lose about 90lbs!! This year my one goal is to lose 50 of that and stick with my good eating & workout habits!. Small steps lead to great Success!

These are very good. I was hesitant becaues of the olive oil but myself & my kids luv them!!!! Their very cakey not fudgey but awesome!!

Go to add exercises. Add which ones you do & the time and calories. I have added a few myself cause I use it all the time.. Good luck with your losses!!

Thanks for all the encouragement. I have not been eating up my "exercise" calories. I have always been under the assumption that you needed to take in less then then was going out?? my fav is a whole wheat pita with 1/4 cup pizza sauce(ragu) and 1/4 cup sargento 4 cheese 2%.. pop it in the over on broil till cheese is melted. it rocks!! the pita gives it a thicker bottom then a tortilla!:smile:
