I workout & workout & workout... eat right everyday, and nothing is moving on the scale!!! Yes my clothes are fitting better but good grief this is horrible. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!! Not sure what else to do. I haven't given up yet though.. I will keep going till something changes!:indifferent:

The scale is irrelevant. It doesn't know the difference between a pound of fat or a pound of muscle or a pound of feathers, it just sees a pound. If your inches are going down, you're building muscle (both muscle fibers and having more glycogen stored in it, which is a good thing) and burning fat. Fat takes up more space then muscle pound for pound, so if you've built the same or more muscle then you've burned in fat you will weigh the same or more and still take up less space. I'd recommend checking your body fat percentage and measurements and watch those change instead of the scale.0

I was stuck on the same weight for 3 weeks. I have worked with a trainer before so I know that I'll loose inches before the weights comes off. Today was my 4th week weigh-in. I finally lost 2.5 lbs. Just keep in mind that we all loose weight differently. Push through the plateaus and you'll see it.0

I have the same frustration but come to realize that as long as I feel better, have more energy and my clothes fit alot better that I am on the right track. Hang in there and stay focused! The weight will come off.0

I've been on a platau as well I've run 55 miles this year and the scale has just barely budged!! I know your body can settle into a weight and hang out for a while, but I still have alot of weight to lose and I've been working out really hard!!0

Good for you for staying motivated during such a frustrating time!!! I hope i can do the same thing when the time comes...because it always does! ( That is where my faults were in the past, anytime i feel like im working my hardest and dont see the results i want, i just give up...This time IS different! I have a goal, and im NOT stopping till i get there! ) You do the same!0

Try to relax about the scale. It has nothing to do with your shape and health. Check this out, you will be amazed:

You can do it, keep forcused and to be honest, just put the scale to one side and measure your weight lost by taking measurements of your key areas, you will feel so much more uplifted as well as maybe having an item of clothing that no longer fits and trying this on also on your weigthing days. You can do it x:flowerforyou:0
